EDIBLE WILD PLANTS WORKSHOP – TO BE CONFIRMED

The II Workshop on Edible Wild Plants is held on May 9 at the Finca La Donaira, in the mountain range of Ronda (Montecorto, Málaga).

An occasion to learn to identify, harvest and prepare a wide variety of local edible wild plants that commonly grow throughout southern Spain, as well as to put into practice the new knowledge with the elaboration and tasting of 6 dishes prepared collectively.

The biologist and ethnobotany expert Clara Gutiérrez teaches this workshop to learn both in a theoretical and practical way how, where and why to consume wild plants.

Learning directly from nature, exchanging knowledge with each other, we will cook six different dishes using the harvested wild plants.

We will eat our feral tasting menu, surprising ourselves with the flavours, textures, properties and sharing knowledge, experiences and many laughs at the table.
