Our classes are offered on our yoga platform with incredible views during the summer and in the cozy yurt during the winter.
We offer private and small group sessions in the following styles:

Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga with singing bowls, Aerial Yoga and Breathwork (Pranayama).



MEDITATIONS

Lose yourself into the world of inner peace and stillness and experience the art of ‘just being’, whilst enjoying life´s simple pleasure at La Donaira. We offer: Mindfulness Meditation, Osho Kundalini Meditation, Chakra Balancing Meditation and Nataraj Dancing Meditation.


PILATES
Concentrated on strength, posture, balance and flexibility this form of exercise develops the whole body, with an emphasis on the core. This activity helps to improve general health, overall well- being and connect body & mind.

BEE SOUND MEDITATION
Our ´Cama de Abejas’, or bee bed is a unique experience offering a full immersion in the world of the bees.
Get acquainted with our bees, learn about natural beekeeping practices and undergo a rare meditation during which body and mind become one with the bees. Let yourself be adventurous, try the ‘Cama de Abejas’ placed right upon beehives.

SOUND BATH & VIBRATIONAL MASSAGE WITH TIBETIAN SINGING BOWLS

The world of sounds and vibrations awaits you. Dive right into it by booking a sound and vibration bath that will relax your senses and reset your whole being, washing away the stresses of your day to day lives. Or try our signature vibrational massage, where Tibetan singing bowls, which are placed on certain key points of the body and played in a way that creates sweet vibration.
