Everything at La Donaira is there to help you feel good, from the healthy, organic, primarily vegetarian food we prepare to our hiking trails and meditation points, the open-air spring-fed pool, the yoga platform and the spa.
YOGA
Yoga stands for union. Take full advantage of the tranquil ambience, harmonise body, mind & soul and devote time to take care of your physical and mental health. We offer yoga sessions daily in our living room during the winter and on our yoga platform with incredible views during the summer. Private sessions or in groups.

PILATES
Concentrated on strength, posture, balance and flexibility this form of exercise develops the whole body, with an emphasis on the core. This activity helps to improve general health, overall well- being and connect body & mind.
BEE SOUND MEDITATION
The ‘Cama de Abeja’, or bee bed is a unique immersion inside the world of the bees. Learn about natural beekeeping practices (bee-centered-husbandry) and undergo a rare experience during which body and mind become one with the bees. Let yourself be, experiment or meditate on our cama de abeja placed right upon beehives.
AQUA GYM
The amount of water in the human body ranges from 50 – 75%, making it a very pleasant and natural environment to be in. Bringing movement into the water has a very therapeutic, stress relieving effect, as well as being helpful to alleviate chronic pain, pressure on the joints, increase flexibility and endurance. The class is a fusion of yoga, pilates, breathing – and cardio exercises.
